MoringaXcel™ Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or partially used products.

Damaged or Defective Items

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship only within the United States. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

We offer free U.S. standard shipping on orders of $50 or more.

Order Tracking

Delays
